Before the first payment
For an activated subscription, cancellation before the 60-minute trial ends prevents the first annual charge. Starting at USD 0 or JPY 0 does not make the later annual term free. The review screen in this version cannot start that trial.
Ways to cancel
An active service will provide a subscription-management link in its payment confirmation. You can also write to support@frameflowr.net with “Cancel subscription”, your purchase email and order identifier. No explanation is necessary. We use the sent time of your message, not the time we respond. A charge taken after a timely cancellation is refunded in full.
Access after cancellation
A paid term renews every 12 months from the first paid date unless cancelled before renewal. Cancelling stops future renewal while access and remaining credits stay available until the current term ends, unless a refund ends it sooner. There is no cancellation fee. Renewal reminders are part of the planned paid service.
