Your creative session
The selected picture, written brief and exported clip are processed on your device. They are not sent to an AI model or uploaded to our server. The page keeps temporary media in memory, with up to 12 recent exports. Closing or reloading clears that session; downloaded files remain under your control. No account is opened.
Site delivery and preferences
Only a privacy choice and its save time are stored locally for up to 180 days. We add no advertising pixels, analytics or third-party font requests. Hosting providers receive connection information such as an IP address and request headers to deliver and protect the site. A private preview host may require its own sign-in under its own privacy terms.
Support and future processing
An email enquiry discloses the address and information you choose to send. We and our mail provider use it to respond, administer an applicable contract and meet record-keeping duties, retaining it only as long as those purposes require. No cards are collected here. Before accounts, AI or payments are enabled, we will identify their providers, purposes, retention and cross-border safeguards.
Exercising your rights
Local law may provide access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection rights. Consent may be withdrawn for consent-based processing. Contact support@frameflowr.net; proportionate identity checks may be needed. You may also submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising across sites, and honour available Global Privacy Control signals.
Automated support
Messages entered in automated support are sent to Typebot to provide guidance. Do not send passwords, card details or private images. Chat cannot access orders, process refunds or cancel subscriptions. This is separate from the local image workspace.
